The Vasanta Collection Out Now
We have officially launched our new collection! The work represents a gentle approach to design and displays a mix of organic Khadi cotton, printed using a hand carved woodblock and natural dyes such as madder root, indigo and pomegranate.
Block printing has been used in India since at least the 12th century, and the method is thought to be 2,000 years old. The wood used is called Sheesham but more commonly known as North Indian Rosewood.
